Dandelion Moringa Infusion, Bhutan Herbal Tea

Dandelion has been used throughout history in herbal medicine making it a true seasonal specialty. Filled with minerals and vitamins that can nourish and refresh our bodies. Having a mild, lightly sweet flavor, best known to reduce stress on liver and helping the kidney to filter more effectively.

Instructions:

• Steep 1 tea sachet in 1 cup of hot or boiling water for 2-3 mins, sweeten with honey if desired. (Best when consumed without milk)
• Pre-made tea can also be added to soups, broths & cake batter
• Tea sachet can also be cold infused - sachet in room temperature water for 10 mins or keep in water bottle and drink.
