We offer 2 payment options:
- Pay via PhonePe PG payment gateway. We accept all Indian Cards, including UPI and Credit cards.
- 'Pay on Delivery' (POD) includes Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as additional digital payment facilities at your doorstep. You can pay for 'Pay on Delivery' orders by cash at by Debit card / Credit card / Net banking via mbob or bnbpay applications only for Bhutan.
Pay on Delivery is available as a payment method for all items that are Fulfilled by Druksell and some seller fulfilled items only for Bhutan.
How to pay using mBOB
- Ask your delivery agent for a card swipe machine/mBOB
- Swipe/insert your card
- Enter your card ATM PIN number to complete the payment
- Post successful payment, you will get a confirmation message.
How to pay using mBOB
- Ask your delivery agent for Pay link SMS on your smartphone which has internet connectivity
- Click on the link in SMS and initiate payment
- Select your payment method and complete payment using your credentials
- Post successful payment, you will get a confirmation message.
Note:
- 'Pay on Delivery' is not yet available for Districts. This is due to limitations of courier services we use.
- 'Pay on Delivery' will not be available for all orders.
- 'Pay on Delivery' will only be available for free for orders above Nu.1000
