RETURNS

You may initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds on Cancellations:

- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

- If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 24 hours.

-If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item to us in accordance with our return policy outlined above.

What is Druksell's policy and conditions for Returns?

We offer you the possibility to return any unused product within the return warranty duration.

We will refund 100% of the cost if the item is returned within 7 days after purchase provided it fufills our validity of returned items.

If it exceed 7 Days, we only offer 50% refund and 10% after 10 days and no refund after 14 days.

Return shipping costs must be born by the customer. You can ship from the nearest postal office in your dzongkhag.

Valid criteria:

- Item is sealed and in original condition.

- The packaging is sealed.

- Item is sealed and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

- there is no tampering or change in product condition

What is important for return?

• All documents, accessories, and freebies received along with the product (excepts official receipt or delivery note) such as

• Warranty paper (must not be filled out)

• Manual or user guide

• Accessories and freebies

• Please use the original package to return your item
