1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unopened.
Be in its original condition.
Be in the original sealed packaging.
Include all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), promotional items, and packaging.
Not show any signs of use, tampering, damage, or alteration.

For food products, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, and other consumable products, returns are accepted only if the product remains factory sealed and unopened, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used food products
Opened dietary supplements
Opened beverages
Personal care or hygiene products
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards or vouchers

unless they were delivered damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Within 7 days	100% of purchase price
8–10 days	50% of purchase price
11–14 days	10% of purchase price
After 14 days	No refund

Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Druksell.bt.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, it will fall under this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately.

5. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive:

a damaged product,
an incorrect product,
an expired product,
or a manufacturing defect,

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A description of the issue

Once verified, Druksell.bt will arrange a replacement, repair (where applicable), or a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Products should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Returns may be sent through Bhutan Post or any reliable courier service.

7. Large Item Returns

For products weighing more than 20 kg, Druksell.bt may arrange a pickup service where available.

Customers should contact our support team to schedule collection.

Pickup availability may vary depending on location.

9. Inspection of Returned Products

seals are broken,
packaging is damaged by the customer,
accessories are missing,
the product was mishandled after delivery,
or the return does not meet the eligibility criteria.
