How do I track my order status?

You will receive an email notification or SMS message on your mobile phone regarding the status of your order. You will receive a tracking number to track your package.

For parcel tracking: please check on track my package located on the footer of the site.

You will be notified once the shipping starts and update you if any delays occur via email or SMS.

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. How do I track my order?

Please check email and SMS and inform us the order number. Notify us via email or give us a call at 17771152. 


Do you delivery to all 20 Dzongkhangs?

Yes, we do deliver to all dzongkhags in Bhutan. 

Order below Nu. 999 is Nu.39 per package and orders above Nu.999 is free shipping only in Thimphu.

For every shipping, other than Thimphu Dzongkhag, the cost of shipping starts from Nu.199 per shipping package.

What shipping options does Druksell offer?

We offer standard delivery of Nu.39 per package in Thimphu only for now. Your shipping times will vary between 1-2 days on top of the mentioned shipping time of the product.

We have plans to offer the same shipping in Paro and Phuntsholing by the end of this year.

Currently, other Dzongkhags than Thimphu, will require a Nu.199+ shipping cost which will be provided with a tracking code.


How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

You can see the shipping fee, shipping method and shipping duration of the product from the product description page and check-out page.

We offer Standard shipping within Thimphu; Nu 39 per shipping and free shipping above Nu. 799

We offer standard shipping for Nu. 199+ per item outside Thimphu Dzongkhag.
Currently, we are working on offering competitive shipping options and fees in all 20 dzongkhags, and we will soon our express deliveries nationwide.


What is the operating hours of delivery service?

Druksell offer last mile deliveries in Thimphu currently. Delivery will be done till your doorstep.

Operating hours for each delivery partner may differ from one another. However, for standard delivery service, you can expect your item to be delivered from 8:30am to 5:30pm and on weekdays.For exact date and time of your delivery, upon delivery attempt, our delivery partners will contact you.

What should I do if I miss the delivery date?

Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange the time before attempting delivery. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the delivery partner will try to contact you again the next working day.

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

We cannot cancel your order after they are shipped. However, you may refuse to receive the order when our logistic partner contacts you.

I received an email saying that my item has been delivered but I haven’t received the item yet

Please check with your family members, friends or juristic person at your shipping address whether they have received the item on your behalf, if not, please contact us here. We are happy to help
