How do I track my order status?

You will receive an email notification or SMS message on your mobile phone regarding the status of your order. 

You will be notified once the shipping starts and update you if any delays occur via email or SMS.

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. How do I track my order?

Please check email and SMS and inform us the order number. Notify us via email or give us a call at 17333033 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Do you deliver to all 20 Dzongkhangs?

Yes, we do deliver to all dzongkhags in Bhutan. 

Order below Nu. 2500 is Nu.50 per package and orders above Nu.2500 is free shipping only in Thimphu.

For every shipping, other than Thimphu Dzongkhag, the cost of shipping starts from Nu.199 per order.

What shipping options does Druksell offer?

We offer standard delivery of Nu.50 per package in Thimphu only for now. You can chose from same day shipping to on demand shipping within 2 hours.


Currently, Dzongkhags, other than Thimphu, will require a Nu.199+ shipping cost.

DELIVERY

What is the operating hours of delivery service?

Druksell offer last mile deliveries in Thimphu currently. Delivery will be done till your doorstep.

Our delivery times are 10:00am till 6:30pm in Thimphu. For exact date and time of your delivery, upon delivery attempt, our delivery partners will contact you.

What should I do if I miss the delivery date?

Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange the time before attempting delivery. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the delivery partner will try to contact you again the next working day.

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours.

I received an email saying that my item has been delivered but I haven’t received the item yet

Please check with your family members, friends or juristic person at your shipping address whether they have received the item on your behalf, if not, please contact us here. We are happy to help
