Ms.kinley Pelden is a fine feather entrepreneur who follows her interest and passion, becoming the first chocolate producer in Bhutan known as Yiga Chocolate. It produces around 100 to 200 bars a day. She produces some of the most unique chocolates in the market. These chocolates are made using different Bhutanese local flavors such as chilies, quinoa, ginger, and mountain blueberries.
