• Once you join as a seller, you must wait for approval which takes around 1-2 days. Incase we need proper verification, we might call or inspect.
• A 1-5% commission will be deducted per order, eg. Whether you sell 1 product or 10 products every order, only 1-5% commission will be deducted from the total cost of the product excluding shipping and delivery charges.

• Ensure that product photos are ready to be uploaded. We recommend 5 photos if possible. 
• Describe your product as detailed as possible
• Vendor name: write the name of your store
• If you are selling branded products, please mention the brand. 
• We want to promote genuine products therefore, for brands- we might verify the products.
• Write about its benefits, and technical specifications
• Mention weight of the product in gms.

• We will release payments on a regular basis i.e weekly basis to your bank account.
• We will hold payment with us for a period of 7 working days to comply with our return policy. If item is returned, 100% will be refunded to the customers in compliance with our return policy however, customer will bear the return shipping charges.
• Payouts will be made every week on Mondays or Tuesdays.(subject to change on holidays or unforseen circumstances) 
• You must provide accurate and update all your bank account details in your payment method.
• We will release payments on a regular basis i.e weekly basis to your bank account.

• Once order is received, you will be notified via email. Please check your email on a regular basis.
• Once order is received, we will give you a maximum of 2 days to prepare your product for shipment.
• Upon completion, our delivery man will come and collect the product for shipments.
• We advise you to strictly adhere to the preparation and shipping policy.

• Shipping will be handled by us. You don't have to worry about shipping
• For large items, we will inform you if shipping is required.
• We will be partnering with third party logistic companies soon for faster deliveries.
• Deliveries other than Thimphu dzongkhag, will be charged per shipping which will be borne by customers.

• Your shop will be reviewed by customers on a regular basis.
• According to your sales data, we will offer you front page of our store for promotions.
• Please let us know if you are offering any promotions or discounts.
• If you want to offer promotions or discounts, we can create coupons for you.
